Flower Pool & Decorations Booking Policy - Bali Decorations Co.

1. We can only decorate the pool and the villa once you got approval from the host/villa manager/hotel manager. If you booked before you got the approval, refer to our cancellation and refund policy.
   
2. For Pool Flower, measurement of the pool will be taken prior to decoration. If your pool is bigger than what you have paid, you will be presented with two options - pay the extra or keep with current booking by leaving the rest of the pool undecorated.
3. Payments must be received in full prior to decoration. We also accept a 50% deposit (non-refundable) if you wish to confirm the date first and settle the balance at least 3 days prior to your selected date.
